We took a tour to the Similan Islands. Unfortunately, the tour left a very bad impression. The boat was overcrowded, in my opinion they took too many people. At 15:10 we were told to gather, but then had to wait another 30 minutes. After arriving back, we were supposed to get into buses and go to the hotel. BUT our driver was more than an hour late. When he arrived, he was smoking and then chatting with a Thai woman. Only after one of the tourists got angry and said loudly: “Let’s go already!” did he finally start driving. It even seemed like he was just circling the same road twice while smoking. I do not recommend this agency to anyone!!!

From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank Yaroslav, the manager of Phuket Tropic Tours, and his team for their professional approach, customer focus, and friendliness. We booked three excursions with this company: the Similan Islands, Phi Phi, and a sightseeing tour around the island. All excursions fully matched the stated program, time schedules were strictly followed, the organizers/guides/assistants were young and energetic, and the speedboats were equipped with everything necessary — clean and well-maintained everywhere. For both Similans and Phi Phi, we had the earliest departure — and I highly recommend choosing this option to witness the sunrise at sea and be among the first to enjoy the islands’ beauty. I absolutely recommend Phuket Tropic Tours: the prices are reasonable, and the service is at a high level. I paid in rubles directly to a card — everything was transparent and honest! The professionalism and patience of manager Yaroslav were evident even in our correspondence. I work in the service industry myself, so I know how challenging it can be at times. I had an amazing experience with Phuket Tropic Tours! Everything was organized so good, and the staff were super friendly. Our tour guide knew alot and made the trip really fun. We went on a twoday tour to PhiPhi with my friend, it was great! We climbed to the viewpoint like the guide sugested, and it was totally worth it. Definetly recomend to everyone!

We booked a tour to Racha and Coral Islands, and we really enjoyed it — everything was very beautiful. Many thanks to our Russian-speaking guide Nigma, the only guide during our whole vacation who actually knew what to say and spoke loudly and clearly. Everything was well organized, with no delays or misunderstandings.

My name is Sarah, and I can honestly say this was one of the most magical experiences of my life! I booked an elephant trekking tour with Tropic Tours, and it totally exceeded all my expectations. The elephants are treated with such care and respect, and the guides were so knowlegeable about these amazing creatures. Riding thru the lush jungle was breathtaking I felt like I was in a dream. I can’t recomend this tour enough! It’s an unforgettable experience that touched my heart deeply. ❤

We went on the Rafting + Elephant Spa tour on October 24, 2024. Right on the bus we were greeted by our Russian-speaking guide Edward — very friendly and talkative, he shared lots of useful information about the excursion and Thailand in general. The cave temple didn’t impress us much, but we really enjoyed feeding the monkeys! After that came a 200m zipline — honestly, I’d say that one was more for kids. The 5 km rafting was pretty good; the river wasn’t too difficult, but not completely calm either. It turned out that for an extra fee on-site, we could have extended it to 7 or 9 km. Unfortunately, we hadn’t brought enough money with us — based on our past tour experiences ((( It was very disappointing that we weren’t informed about this option when booking. The same goes for the quads — we weren’t told that this tour with a Russian guide actually included ATVs. When booking, we were told that ATVs were only in tours fully with English-speaking guides. As a result, we and four other guests just sat on a bench while the rest of the group went riding… In the elephant village, everything was great: a very tasty lunch, the elephant ride, and photos with a wonderful elephant after the show. Overall, some shortcomings in how the tour was sold — plus the rainy weather — didn’t spoil our impression of the trip. :)

I don’t understand all the enthusiastic reviews. The tour is called rafting, but there’s no real rafting there! A 10-minute ride down the river can’t be called rafting. We expected an active adventure, but this can’t even be called a demo version. 90% of the time you’ll just be sitting in a minivan, driving around. At the elephant park, there was nowhere to walk around or stretch our legs after sitting in the car all day. The waterfall stop was the same story — only 10 minutes. Not enough time to stretch or even take proper photos, because there were too many people waiting. The only thing that saved the experience was our guide Evgenia. She knows a lot about the country, is a great conversationalist, friendly and welcoming, and even helped with questions unrelated to the excursion. Much respect to her.

We went on the Rafting + Elephants tour, and everything went perfectly. A wonderful program: incredible adrenaline from the rafting and the sweetest elephants left us with unforgettable memories. A special thanks to our amazing guide Anastasia — such a lovely person who shared the history of Phuket with us and was on the same wavelength with the group throughout the whole trip ✨✨

This is the best organization! Our budget was limited, but we were advised to take a suitable excursion to the Racha and Coral Islands. We really enjoyed it. We were picked up from the hotel and taken to the meeting point, where we were given information, tea, and cookies. Then everyone went to the boat. The Russian-speaking guide explained everything for us (English-speaking guests had their own guide). We snorkeled for about 30 minutes, watching fish and marine life at the reef. After that, we went to the island where we had lunch (pasta, rice, Tom Yum, coffee, tea) and visited a viewpoint with a beautiful view, where we had an hour to walk around. The next stop was another island for beach relaxation, which was also excellent. Drinks were offered after every stop — water, Pepsi, juice, and fruit. Everything was very well organized.

An excellent excursion! I highly recommend it — so many emotions, and if you have little kids, unforgettable impressions are guaranteed. Definitely buy food for the elephants — feeding them is pure joy. The price is great, we chose the 30-minute option and it was more than enough.

Everything was just wonderful! The guide was great (definitely take a Russian-speaking guide, you won’t regret it). The speedboats were excellent – new, comfortable, and fast. The program had everything: they fed us, gave us drinks, took us swimming, and explained everything along the way. Super! I highly recommend it to everyone! 🚤🌴
